Q: Are packing supplies available?

We have everything available for your packing needs: packing boxes, strapping tape, bubblewrap.
Q: Does Self- Storage Leader provide a lock for the storage space? Does anyone else have a key?
A: You can purchase a new, sealed lock at any of our friendly locations. No one else has a key to that lock.
Q: Is there a monthly invoice?
A: No, there is no monthly statement for this service. Just mail in a check or pay by credit card. Your payment terms are spelled out in the rental contract. Auto bill by credit card is available. Some billing available for commercial user.
Q: Am I renting the space month to month or am I on a lease?
A: Your contract is a month to month agreement with a 2 month minimum. You can "move out" whenever you want, with a 20 day written notice.
Q: Is there someone available to help me move my stuff into the storage space?
A: It's possible we may be able to refer you to local teens to get help.
